Created in the 1990s as part of the state’s higher education expansion project, UEMS Aquidauana has established itself as a benchmark in offering programs focused on agricultural sciences, environmental studies, and teacher training (highlighting Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Animal Science, and Licentiate degrees).
